Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Change of Mind Policy
Due to AnzoNS products being available through both direct sales and third-party retailers, we are unable to facilitate returns for purchases made from pharmacies or other retail outlets. If you wish to return an AnzoNS product, please contact the original place of purchase to request a refund or exchange, as per their return policy. We recommend retaining your receipt and familiarizing yourself with the retailer’s specific return conditions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
