Shipping and Delivery

We strive to dispatch your order within 2–4 business days for deliveries within the same state. For interstate deliveries, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days, though delivery to remote areas may take a little longer. Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.

After your purchase has been dispatched, AnzoNS Pty Ltd is not responsible for freight delays or missing parcels. For any issues following dispatch, please reach out directly to the courier service.

Tracking your order online

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a consignment note or tracking number via email for your reference. You can monitor the progress of your shipment anytime using the tracking tools on the shipping company’s website.

International Shipping

We provide worldwide standard shipping starting from $18 AUD, with costs varying based on the parcel’s weight and destination. International deliveries may take 1–6 weeks. We are not liable for lost or missing parcels; please contact your local courier company if any issues arise. Additionally, please check your country’s customs regulations regarding import taxes, as these may apply to overseas orders.
