Usage:
Bath: Sprinkle a cup of bath Salt to a warm running bath and use your hand to stir the water and help dissolve the salt. Soak in the tub for up to 20 minutes.
Foot soak: add 2 or 3 tablespoons to your foot bath filled with warm water.
